Privacy and security policy

The Privacy and Security Policy below is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use.


1. Identification

This site is owned, maintained, and operated by ACRINETSHOP.

In all cases, the User will receive, through the same channel of communication, an immediate confirmation of the receipt of his demand, which will be processed and answered within a maximum period of 5 (five) days. In addition, ACRINETSHOP makes available on this site a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section, as well as its other policies: Exchange and Returns Policy, Payment Policy, Product Delivery Policy, and, finally, the Terms and Conditions of Use of this Site. ACRINETSHOP takes all necessary measures to protect the privacy of the User, in compliance with the legislation in force. The payment approval procedure occurs between the User, the banks and the card administrators, without ACRINETSHOP intervention. Impossibility of accountability. Despite ACRINETSHOP's greatest efforts, the current state of technology does not allow for an absolutely secure attack database.
